Net Core AI provides AI-powered automation solutions including, but not limited to, AI receptionists, inbound FAQ and auto-booking systems, and Google review management agents. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• •Use the services to transmit spam, malware, or any illegal content
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our AI systems
• •Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with our services
• •Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform without authorization

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for us to deploy and maintain your automation systems. You agree to review and approve all AI-generated content before it is used in a production environment and to comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, workflows, and content created by Net Core AI remain the intellectual property of Net Core AI unless explicitly assigned in a separate written agreement. You retain ownership of your business data and any custom content you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

Net Core AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we determine you have violated these terms or engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
